Shipping & Delivery

Items will be sent via your selected method and will usually arrive within the time specified. Shipping is charged per item. Please call for ATV & SSV Delivery

We also use Paypal as our payment gateway due to their superb security and anti-fraud systems. Shopping online should be easy - and safe. Returns & Replacements

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Yorkshire ATV Ltd. It is our aim to offer you value, quality, choice and convenience. If you wish to return your used purchase, simply request a returns code via yorkshireatv@gmail.com within 7days of purchase date stating reason for return request. Our after sales care and repair service offers even more peace of mind, and compliment your statutory rights which of course remain unaffected.

Ordering

To place an order, locate the item(s) you wish to buy and click the "add to cart" button. Once it is in your cart you may proceed to the checkout. You can choose to sign up for an account at Yorkshire ATV Ltd which allows you to avoid entering your details every time. It also allows you to save items to your "wish list" and write reviews on items. Alternatively you can proceed as a guest. Once you have entered your details, you will be taken to Paypal to make your payment. Please ensure all of your information is correct before proceeding to this step. After paying, you will be returned to this site and see a confirmation message. You will also be emailed, confirming your purchase details.

Viewing Orders

To view your orders, click the "My Account" button at the top right of the site. Then click on the "My Orders" tab to view a list of your outstanding orders and their status.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information, click the "My Account" button at the top right of the site. Then click on the "Account Information" tab to change your general details such as password and email address or click the "Address Book" tab to change your address and phone number.
