10TEN JHL SX170 19/16 Dirt Bike
The 10TEN JHL SX170 19/16 steps things up with a larger wheel setup, a 5-speed manual gearbox and an 11.5 hp RE170 four-stroke engine, giving riders more room and more performance while keeping the bike manageable and easy to get on with.
The biggest change compared with the smaller bikes in the range is the move to 19-inch front and 16-inch rear wheels. The larger diameter wheels roll more easily across rough and uneven ground, while the 790mm seat height keeps the SX170 relatively accessible despite the bigger wheel setup.
Power comes from the RE170 four-stroke engine, matched to a PE24 carburettor and a five-speed manual transmission. The extra gear gives the rider a broader spread of ratios to work with, whether picking through slower sections or letting the bike stretch its legs across more open ground. Both electric and kick start are fitted, so there's push-button convenience backed up by a conventional kick starter.
The chassis has also been upgraded to suit the larger wheels and increased performance. Up front, the SX170 uses 45/48mm inverted forks, while the rear runs a single shock through a steel linkage system. Both ends are non-adjustable, but the linkage arrangement gives the rear suspension a progressive action as it moves through its travel.
The 19/16 aluminium rims are paired with upgraded aluminium alloy hubs and Yuangxing 70/100-19 front and 90/100-16 rear tyres. Wheel locks are fitted as standard, helping to keep the tyres securely located on the rims when pressures are dropped for off-road riding.

Drive to the rear wheel is handled by a 428H Choho chain, running a 14-tooth steel front and 46-tooth steel rear sprocket. A steel swingarm and forged alloy steering stem complete a straightforward chassis designed around durability and ease of maintenance.
A 6-litre fuel tank provides plenty of capacity for longer riding sessions, while the standard hourmeter makes it easy to keep track of engine hours and servicing.
Finished with a black frame, stainless steel and aluminium exhaust, and 10TEN + JHLOFR graphics, the SX170 brings together a bigger-wheel chassis and stronger five-speed engine package for riders ready to move beyond a smaller traditional pit bike.
