Amped A-MX 10" Electric Dirt Bike
The Amped A-MX 10" is a compact electric dirt bike built to give younger riders a proper introduction to off-road riding, with the performance and chassis specification to keep things exciting as their confidence grows.
Powered by a 36V 800W brushless hub motor with up to 1900W peak power, the A-MX 10" combines strong electric performance with five selectable speed modes, allowing the bike's performance to be progressively increased as the rider develops.
With 10-inch lightweight aluminium wheels, adjustable inverted front suspension, FASTACE rear suspension and Amped hydraulic disc brakes, this is much more than a basic electric balance bike. The A-MX 10" has been designed around a proper small dirt-bike chassis while keeping a manageable 520mm seat height.
Five Speed Modes – Grow With the Bike
One of the key features of the A-MX 10" is its five selectable speed settings.
Rather than giving a new rider access to the bike's full performance immediately, the WUXING DZ40 display allows the speed mode to be selected. The display can also be locked in Speed Mode 1, giving parents greater control over the performance available while the rider is getting used to the bike.

At its highest setting, the A-MX 10" is capable of approximately 21.7 mph (35 km/h), while the lower settings provide a much more controlled starting point for less experienced riders.
A kill switch is also fitted for additional rider safety.
800W Brushless Motor – 1900W Peak
The A-MX 10" uses a 36V 800W brushless hub motor, capable of delivering up to 1900W peak power.
The hub-drive design keeps the drivetrain simple, with no conventional chain or sprockets required to transfer power to the rear wheel. Electric drive also means there's no clutch or gears for the rider to worry about – just smooth power controlled from the throttle.
Power comes from a 36V 10Ah battery using 21700 cells, with a quoted charge time of approximately 120–240 minutes.
Estimated riding time is 60–90 minutes, although actual runtime will depend heavily on speed setting, rider weight, terrain, hills and riding style.
Adjustable Inverted Front Suspension
At the front, the A-MX 10" uses substantial 39/42mm adjustable inverted forks with a separation-piston design.
This gives the bike a much more dirt-bike-focused front end than you'd find on a conventional electric balance bike, helping it deal with uneven off-road surfaces while giving the rider more control as their speed and confidence increase.
At the rear is a FASTACE 190mm spring shock rated at 1000lb, working with the aluminium single-sided swingarm.
Lightweight 10-Inch Aluminium Wheels
The A-MX 10" rolls on 10-inch front and rear lightweight aluminium HPDC rims, finished in black powder coat.
They're paired with 2.50-inch motorcycle-style tyres, providing a wider, more planted footprint for use across different off-road terrain.
The revised chassis has a 520mm seat height and 860mm wheelbase, giving younger riders a compact bike while still providing the stance and riding position of a proper small electric dirt bike.
20CrMo Steel Frame & Aluminium Swingarm
The chassis combines a 20CrMo steel frame finished in matt black with a 6061 aluminium single-sided swingarm.
The aluminium swingarm helps keep weight down while giving the rear of the A-MX its distinctive appearance, taking inspiration from the larger Amped Comp bike.
The bike itself weighs approximately 26kg, with overall dimensions of approximately 1250 × 610 × 710mm.
A black anodised aluminium low-fat handlebar and WUXING 19mm children's grips complete the cockpit.
Amped Hydraulic Brakes
With the performance available from the motor, braking has been given proper attention too.
The A-MX 10" is fitted with Amped hydraulic brakes front and rear, using a 160mm front disc and 140mm rear disc.
The adjustable brake levers carry the Amped logo and allow the controls to be positioned to suit smaller hands.
