Amped A-MX 12" Electric Dirt Bike
The Amped A-MX 12" takes the compact A-MX platform and adds considerably more performance. With a 36V 1000W brushless hub motor producing up to 2200W peak power, five selectable speed modes and a maximum speed of approximately 27.9 mph (45 km/h), it's the more powerful option in the A-MX range.
The A-MX 12" combines that performance with 12-inch lightweight aluminium wheels, adjustable inverted front suspension, FASTACE rear suspension and Amped hydraulic disc brakes. The updated chassis has a 560mm seat height and 880mm wheelbase, giving the bike a larger, more substantial riding position while retaining the compact proportions of a small electric dirt bike.
Five Speed Modes – Grow With the Bike
One of the key features of the A-MX 12" is its five selectable speed settings.
The WUXING DZ40 display allows the rider to select between the five modes, while Speed Mode 1 can be locked to restrict the bike to its lowest setting. This gives parents greater control over the performance available while the rider builds confidence.

At its highest setting, the A-MX 12" is capable of approximately 27.9 mph (45 km/h), while the lower modes allow that performance to be introduced progressively.
A kill switch is also fitted for additional rider safety.
1000W Brushless Motor – 2200W Peak
Power comes from a 36V 1000W brushless hub motor, capable of producing up to 2200W peak power.
The hub-drive setup keeps the drivetrain simple, with no conventional chain and sprockets required to transfer power to the rear wheel. With no clutch or gears to operate, the rider can concentrate on throttle control, braking and handling.
The motor is powered by a 36V 10Ah battery using 21700 cells, with a quoted charging time of approximately 120–240 minutes.
Estimated riding time is 60–90 minutes, although actual runtime will vary depending on rider weight, terrain, hills, speed mode and riding style.
Adjustable Inverted Front Suspension
The A-MX 12" has been given a proper suspension setup to match the performance available from its 2200W peak motor.
At the front are 39/42mm adjustable inverted forks with a separation-piston design, providing a substantial front end for a bike of this size.
At the rear, the 6061 aluminium single-sided swingarm is controlled by a 190mm FASTACE spring rear shock rated at 1000lb.
Together, the front and rear suspension provide a dirt-bike-focused setup designed to cope with the bumps and changing surfaces encountered when riding off-road.
Lightweight 12-Inch Aluminium Wheels
The A-MX 12" runs on 12-inch lightweight aluminium HPDC rims front and rear, finished in black powder coat.
They're paired with 12 x 2.50-inch motorcycle-style tyres, giving the bike a planted footprint across varying off-road terrain.
The A-MX 12" has a 560mm seat height and an 880mm wheelbase, making it noticeably larger than the A-MX 10" and providing a more substantial riding position for riders ready to progress onto the bigger bike.
20CrMo Steel Frame & Aluminium Swingarm
The chassis combines a 20CrMo steel frame finished in matt black with a distinctive 6061 aluminium single-sided swingarm.
The aluminium swingarm follows the styling direction of the larger Amped Comp bike and helps give the A-MX range the appearance and proportions of a proper small electric dirt bike rather than a conventional electric balance bike.
Overall bike dimensions are approximately 1300 × 610 × 750mm, with a net bike weight of approximately 28.5kg.
The cockpit is finished with a black anodised aluminium handlebar and WUXING 19mm children's grips.
Amped Hydraulic Disc Brakes
With up to 2200W peak power available, braking has been given proper attention.
The A-MX 12" is fitted with Amped hydraulic brakes front and rear, using a 160mm front disc and 140mm rear disc.
Adjustable Amped-branded brake levers allow the controls to be positioned to suit the rider's hands, while rubber cable holders help keep the brake cables and controls neatly routed.
